On-line Courses:  Due to state deadlines and constant changes in course requirements, no refunds will be issued after 7 days of the date of purchase.  Students requesting a refund after the 7-day period can receive credit toward a future course equal to the same dollar amount of the original purchase. No refund will be issued if you have logged into the course.

Live Courses:   Refund requests must be received by TrainingPro within 7 business days of the date of registration. After the 7-day refund period, students will be given a credit to be used at a later date for the total amount of the class. No partial refunds will be issued. Student's registered for TrainingPro's Understanding Mortgage Fundamentals, The Staging Point for Success: Maryland 40 Hr Pre-Licensing class should view the Extended Refund Policy.

Note: A $25 processing fee will be charged to anyone who signs up for a live course within 48 hours of the start of the class.  This fee will be waived for students attending TrainingPro's Understanding Mortgage Fundamentals, The Staging Point for Success: Maryland 40 Hr Pre-Licensing class.

Live Class Change Fee: Live class change requests will be honored, at no cost, for all students who inform a TrainingPro account representative 3 or more business days prior to the live course start date. Rescheduled class dates can not be guaranteed and will be based on availability.

A $25 rescheduling fee per day rescheduled will be charged to any student who changes a live class date or any day of a multiple-day live class, within 3 business days of the course start date. Rescheduled class dates can not be guaranteed and will be based on availability.

A $50 rescheduling fee per day missed will be charged to any student who does not show up for a class without prior notice to a TrainingPro account representative. If a student misses any portion of a live class, they will be charged the $50 rescheduling fee to place them in another class to make up the missed course material. Rescheduled class dates can not be guaranteed and will be based on availability.

Note: All Live Class Change Fees will be waived for students attending TrainingPro's Understanding Mortgage Fundamentals, The Staging Point for Success: Maryland 40 Hr Pre-Licensing class.

Live-Class Cancellation Policy: TrainingPro reserves the right to cancel any live course within 72 hours of the start of the class.  A TrainingPro representative will make a reasonable effort to notify students of cancellation via phone or e-mail.  Students will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course or credit toward another course of equal or lesser value.  No partial refunds will be issued.  TrainingPro will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the course.  This includes non-refundable flights, hotels or any other related expenses.
